獣医衛生専門知識のマスター
獣医衛生Expertise-は、動物や植物製品の検査や獣医・衛生評価の方法を学習科学です。 言い換えれば、獣医衛生の専門知識は - 獣医の分野で、食品や動物の技術的な原材料の衛生検査方法を学習し、その衛生獣医評価規則を決定します。
獣医師の専門家の作品だけ規範文書（規則、命令、技術的な規制、国家基準、など）に基づいています。
BSEの主なタスクは、 - 動物性食品、飼料および技術的製品を通じて人間と動物の間で広がり、感染症をprevenetすることです。
獣医師は、野生の産業動物や家禽類、ハーブ食品、蜂蜜や他のミツバチ製品の品質を評価します。
